This case report has described the patient having the central pontine myelinolysis (CPM) associated with hypokalemia correction with asymptomatic history of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). It was suspected that due to GERD and vomiting there might be loss of electrolytes resulting to hypokalemia.
